I have a Pye Black Box All Transistor on the bench. I've fixed the amp stage and the record player, but has not sound on the radio. The only service info I've been able to find is a 3 page circuit, component layaout and an enlargement of the label that is inside the units. All 3 are for a TS1 Mk3. My unit is either a Mk1,2,4,5 or 6. Not a 3 as the component values and layout are incorrect. Does anyone have a circuit for any version other than a Mk 3.

Cheers

I know of three circuit versions.

Does this Black Box have germanium or black Fairchild silicon transistors?

The Detector Diode is an OA90. Nearly all transisters are 2N4121 Geraniums. And between the 2nd IF and the 2nd IF AMP is an AB7103 Zener Diode.

Hope that helps.

Cheers
