Hi Guys Smile

My latest project over the last week is a hand wired GPS module with QFH antenna.
It’s intended to set my atomic clock project (and now does have PPS output with SMA connector).

That's some antenna! Nice pipework.

Thanks Smile

It’s not nearly as difficult as it looks with the right method.
I’m keen to have another go at a second complete unit and antenna ASAP.

All the heavier tube this time, and the lower part of the stem sleeved with thicker brass.

I captured it’s very first fix on camera.
The PPS output by default, outputs nothing until a fix is attained.

The antenna assembly itself, I’d like to have given an SMA connector to swap them out, but alas, out of parts at the time, and keen to keep the project going!

Cheers, Art.
