I advertised 4 English swords, 4 Japanese swords and 2 Japanese bayonets on Gumtree. No problems for 2 weeks until Gumtree advised they were removing the bayonets because they don't advertise weapons ?? I will re-advertise as small Japanese swords for the end of a rifle!

Yeah, I'm not surprised at that ruling. Most such sites are pretty leery of anything to do with weaponry.
Gumtrees says under what can't be posted on Gumtree: "Weapons and related items (including, but not limited to firearms, firearm accessories, parts and magazines, ammunition, paintball guns, BB and pellet guns, spearguns, tear gas, teasers, stun guns, switchblade knives, martial arts weapons, archery and/or bow and arrow equipment)"
Mind you, just above that is: "We do not accept ads selling body parts/bodily fluids, ..."
Odd that took them some weeks to act though. I guess somebody reported the ad.

I don't understand Gumtree's distinction between a bayonet being a weapon and swords not being weapons. Then again, it is owned by Ebay so that may answer the question.

'For sale: two kidneys, you buy now, I post tomorrow'
Imagine that. Even in India where organ sales are legal they'd find it hard doing the transaction in that order.

If they were all in the same ad, it's very odd. If separate ads, then maybe someone saw and reported just the bayonets?

Happens in China apparently. Sourced from freshly executed prisoners.

With the number of people whose candles get blown out in China it'd make for a lively health industry.
