Hi - I am renovating my old radio and have no idea where to find old speaker cloth for a 1920s radio?
Any ideas/suggestions ?

When I need some cloth or material, to match 1930- 1940 equipment, I look at the Haberdasheries ( Where the ladies buy cloth material). e.g. in Lakemba or Cabramatta, Liverpool ethnic societies. They have the right stuff, or close match. Good luck from Campbelltown

Other places include Vinnies, fetes and flea markets. often these places have scraps of cloth for sale. Shops would include Lincraft though the chances of picking up something with a genuine pattern are very slim.

If you prefer something more authentic, and you don't mind sending to America for it, this place might come in handy.
These of coarse are cloths used on American radio's, but you can sometimes get lucky & find something that's a very close match, or you may have a USA radio & get exactly what you need.
I normally go the op-shop route myself though.
