I found this old boy in an outside shed!

No identifying marks, brands or numbers anywhere on it...

Anyone know what it is? Home made maybe?

I would like to find the manual and test a tube.

Looks like a home made valve tester to me.

It would be home made. At a guess that it was from Radio and Hobbies and thats only because of the lettering used for the dial indicators. The workman ship is very good and would have taken quite some time to complete. At a guess I would say that it was built 40's or early 50s due to having a 9 pin socket that looks like it was an original fit but just unsure as to the white wire used for some of the pins.
