If we have a dial glass where the print is unstable or starting to lift, what is the best way to stabilise it.?
Do we spray with a lacquer etc ?

I have used folk art "Clearcote" extra thick glaze for stabilising transfers and I think it would be suitable for your job.
It should be available from craft shops.
