Hi all,

I have been doing some work on my website and have had the idea of writing pages on it for other collectors and their collections. My site gets some moderate traffic, so it's a good way to make yourself known and show your collection.

I already have one page for Nathan Brown: http://thyhumbletoll.webs.com/nathanbrown.htm

So check out my website, and if interested, leave a reply in this thread and email me some photos and information about yourself and your collection.

This should be in Websites and Collections. Tongue

Don't worry about it though, I'll shift it at the weekend.

I have a web site http://www.wa2ise.com/ that is mostly American tube radios, but I do have a few Aussie sets, which can be seen at http://www.wa2ise.com/radios/forgnr.htm.

Pictures from a trip I took to Australia back in 1986: http://www.wa2ise.com/space/aus.html and some radio station airchecks I taped when I was there: http://www.wa2ise.com/aussie_airchecks_apr86/.

I have a few insulators:
A pair of these are used to hang 3 phase distribution lines. A ground messenger wire holds the top, 3 to 5 of these pairs are spaced between poles.

That Calstan in photo four was on just about every ward at Gladesville Hospital when I worked there. They were a timeless remnant of the 1960s and kept patients entertained for about four decades, well into the semiconductor era.
