Can anyone help me to find out what the radio in the below picture is?
It looks very STC to me??

Unfortunately all I have is the cabinet.

Definitely not sure of the model though both STC and Croyden made what some refer to as demonstrator consoles. These had the specifications of a console without all the weight and size. The shape of the tuning dial leads me to believe this one is an STC too.

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...

The inner up, outer down knob pattern, and zebra veneer banding are also consistent with STC.

Found one similar, except it has 3 knobs.

Doesn't help with model number though.

The four knob versions would be dual or triple wave vol/tun/wave change/tone. Up to 6 valves the chassis was 265 wide (going on my 632 which is very congested - little room for another valve) and the 7 & greater valve versions 370mm wide (going on my 830). The mounting hole spacing for these was about 250 & 355mm respectively.

The Powerhouse Museum radio is listed as 315mm wide, which would seem to exclude the large chassis.

Looking at 1939 radios in AORSM possible dual/triple wave chassis are 524-5 (vibrator), A526-7 (vibrator), 528 (AC), 530-1 (vibrator), 540 (battery), 631 (battery), 632 (AC).

The hole size for the dial escutcheon on my STC 830, fitted with the large chassis, is about 240mm wide and looks the same as yours. So it would appear that the dial for the large chassis was fitted to the small chassis for these radios.
