Does anyone know how much a working (mostly) model of a Minstrel Four by Phillips, would sell for? It's quite nice looking, appears to have original parts, body is white, could be plastic or bakelite, front grill is black, as are knobs. Might be missing a badge on the front.

Minstrels came in many colours; including walnut, white, blue, green, cream; and I seem to remember seeing a red one once. They usually have a clear plastic grille and when polished up they are a very nice looking radio. I've never had the chance to listen to one but Philips rarely skimped on performance so expect your Minstrel to sound loud and clear once it is back to its prime. They aren't a rare radio and picking one up on Ebay should be fairly easy.
