Hi everyone, I'm finally back on been away from radios for a while now from my back problems. I didnt end up getting the operation instead the specialist opted for physio and a long while off work. I'm getting alot better I'm back at work and starting to lift smaller stuff but still got to take it easy for a few more months but at least its getting there so I can start getting back into my radios now Smile very happy about that.

Welcome back. Not much worse in life than back pain. I went through it in my early 20s through bad lifting habits but it's okay at the moment.
