Hey all, glad I found this place

I have recently accuired a Richard Allan 12 inch woofer, MODEL 12 CG SUPER
And it is SUPER indeed it has a magnet about 10 inch in diameter.

Have searched around a bit and cant find much info about it

I know its made in england, the date marked is either 1978 or 1976 its a bit smudged.

Anyone with any info, it would be much appreciated, Thanks

I should have some details on your Richard Allan speaker. The Radio Parts catalogue of the era had a fair bit of information on their range. If you send me an email to jeans.nex.net.au I'll scan the info and send it back. It might take a day or so. From memeory it used a brown cambric flexible surround.
