Sounds good Brad. That way everyone could upload pics for everyone to share in the fun. Having a pic is also a more easier way of describing something.

By the way, there are some lovely old radios for sale on e-bay at the moment.

Have a great day Dave.

Cheers,

Sheree.

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...

According to radiomuseum, EMMCO also used the Gulbransen name-

Electricity Meter Manufacturing Co. Ltd (EMMCO) was a large manufacturer of radios and other electrical equipment. They made radios under their own name until 1936 but continued manufacturing using Philco, Westinghouse and later, Airzone brand names. They also used the Gulbransen name. Their chassis were used also in National (QLD), Rexonola and other radios.

Looking at this chassis, and the chassis of the Bluebird posted by Blingbling, they seem to share a couple similar styled components. The Bluebird also shares a couple components with my Rexonola, who AFAIK got all their chassis' from Emmco.
