 dial string to stc bantam (eiffel model).

Hi all,

i wanted to replace the dial string to my stc bantam


if there is anyone who can give me some tips on this or even have a photo showing the string in place so that I can follow the path...i would appreciate the assistance.

Hi

What is the actual model number of the radio? Most of the stc diagrams I have had the stringing on them. If you have the model number it will make things easy to search for!

........and my apologies for not replying earlier as I have been overseas for the last two weeks or so.

i am not sure of the model number of this radio....

it is well known and it is called the stc bantam eiffel tower.

Marc,

Have you had a response? I have a working STC Bantam (2 knob) and have to pull the chassis out of the case later this week to fix a mis-aligned dial glass.
If you like, I could take some pictures of the string path and post them for you.

no I havent had a response...if its still ok with you,
i would welcome some pics of the string path, particularly
where the string ends join onto the plastic tuning wheel.
