Can anyone suggest any good resource material and or tech TAFE courses or the like to get started in learning abt valve radio with a view to getting a toe in the water on restoration work. Need to start at fairly basic level I reckon. Any suggestions apart from "don't even think about starting!"

I think one, in this day & age would be optamistic with TAFE etc. Some of the organisations like HRSA, ARRL, have probably got something. Some places like EVATCO have some books listed, but with books, I do like to see them.

I note of the people that were repairing valve equipment where I am, There were 5 actively doing this four years ago. Now there is me.
