I have had a Reliance Sky-Master in my shed for many years but really, I do not know a lot about it. I have put some photos into a short video that will clearly show it. Any information about it would be appreciated.

Fine if the video works without hassles.

John, I think you are linking to your private section of Youtube. You can use the Edit button under your post to include the link to the video itself.

Not the super sky master is it. That's a 20 valve and next one up is a 36 valve.

Perhaps an idea to get a valve count, and perhaps if possible their numbers. Also see if it has numbers or letters on it that may identify it.

Perhaps a still photo to Brad may be more productive. At some point it should be photographed for assessment to see where everything is before touching it. That way you can see where everything was, in case you put its replacement in the wrong place.

Tripod is not dead and auto focus on a real camera is not your friend. Focus should be manual on the highest "f stop you can getaway with and focus set for the middle of the pan.

The fact that you cannot find a circuit is a delay, not an impediment. I have chosen to reverse engineer some to get a circuit, as well as work without one.

Thanks for the new link. Although the dial looks rather old-fashioned, the above shot reveals what appears to be a standard 5-valve radio with all 9-pin miniature valves.

I'd expect the insides to be conventional as well. Electronically, it should be simple to refurbish.

According to the site logs, Wagga John was last in on the 31st July.

His avatar isn't working either. Following the link leads to a 404.

Might be like here and Wireless internet; The NBN, if its not being upgraded, its broken down.

At the moment NBN is running via WiFi at the speed of a tired snail.

Robert, if it is on a photo hosting site, most of them don't allow what they refer to as hotlinking. He'd be better off e-mailing the avatar to me and I'll host it here, or Gravatar is another option.
