I was glued to the TV as a kid when these series were released here in Australia. Tim Hunkin has recently remastered them all and upscaled the episodes to HD for much better viewing. They’re quite daggy by todays standards but still enjoyable and informative to watch over.

It is certainly a great watch! I stumbled across it all about 18 months ago

The Combustion Engine episode is quite funny where Tim sprays himself with sump oil punching a hole in the oil filter with the engine still running.

How could I forget that? Toxic smoke and unnecessary cruelty to machines!
