A train has passed under Sydney Harbour for the first time in history and 91 years after the first train passed over it.

I would have loved to see a #11 shunting loco used!!

There used to be plenty of candidates in the yards at Redfern
Smoke may have been a bit of a problem.................
Or run a bunch of locos like they did on the harbour bridge, now that would have been something else.

The only trick is that the new lines are designed for driverless trains. The only driverless trains that run on steam are runaways.
