Hi Guys
The unit I found at a garage sale recently has Stereo- theatre, Stereo-phonic and Precedent badges on the front. I might get brave over the weekend and start to strip it down. A clean won't hurt? I was going to make the restoration a project but it all seems a bit daunting at the moment.

If she's a stereo unit then she'll sound great with vinyl records once it's been restored. Precedent was a good Aussie brand. I am wondering if "stereo-theatre" means it will power four speakers. In that era there was some experimentation with quadraphonic sound but I don't think it went beyond commercial use.

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...
