Speaking of RA, the late Rodney Champness authored a 5 part series on RA Sheppharton in Radio Waves. The final two parts are in the most recent issue.

I looked at that Reach Beyond site that Marcc linked to, there's a picture of the transmission site

They don't broadcast any English, so I for one would not be able to identify any transmission from them.
