2UE as far as I can tell is still owned by Channel 9, however it is now being run by ACE Broadcasting, which owns a number of radio stations in regional Victoria.
So far, the only differences that I've noticed is the news tune is no longer the Channel 9 one, it's something else that I haven't heard before. Very slightly more ads and talking, however the focus on 60s-70s-80s music is still there.
Don't bother with the ACE website, it's years out of date, and there's nothing really to see anyway. It's one of those flashy sites that has little useful content. The only thing of interest is the history time-line.

Hi Rob,
I narrowcast 2CH DAB to my AM radios, and when 2CH falls over with DEAD AIR due to some 13 year old not able find the re-set button on the Laptop that runs the whole show, I swap to 2UE.
The play list is rather different but yes 60-70-80 music is there and there are no flapping lips or parrots, yet.
When the 12 year old that runs the laptop finds the re-set button I swap back to 2CH because the play list is imbedded in my brain!
Usually off air for minutes up to hours before somebody can find an 11 year old.
On Sundays I often swap to 2UE just to avoid the excruciating sports flapping lips in the morning.
I just want music, not endless repeated mindless flapping lips of how some gorilla learnt to play sport.
Yes web sites are useless like most of the internet now.
Fred.

If you like 2CH then I recommend you try 2CA it's music content is also 60s, 70s and 80s with 2 x half hour music marathons every hour 24/7.
I love it.

The first time I tried to get 2CA online they said it was not working because of greedy record companies, however I believe the issue has been overcome.
The station that I usually listen to online is Vintage FM - as the name suggests, it has plenty of 60s and 70s and some 50s. At night there's no ads or talk, just endless music.

The talk on 2CA is fairly minimal but what talk they do have is good. There is a bit of skylarking but generally good. This last years the mornings are run by Holmsey and Jen. Holmsey is a very experienced music journalist whom never ceases to amaze me with his wealth of knowledge and the number of famous muso's that he has actually met. My morning drive to work usually ends with a smile.
