Brad I have no doubt that the idea of a "play ground" will get quashed by OH&S.
The thought of some little darling getting a bump by falling off anything has doomed lots of play equipment.
OH&S will report to Legals and that will be the end of that!
Council will fall apart at the thought of a class civil suit................
Just watch it happen.

I don't think the tower will end up as a plaything. Where it is standing at the moment, it looks like it'll be preserved as a monument.
