I kept checking up on the website every few days and as time passed the “what if’s” began to circle around.
But thankfully Brad managed to sort most of the issues out and get the site up and running!

So far,so good. There was a brief outage over the weekend and a server reboot did the trick. Hopefully it is a one-off.

The forum software is approaching 20 years old and pre-dates this site by a couple of years so it's been a bumpy ride but stood the test of time. One day I will pay someone to start from scratch, build a new content management system and then shift the database to a fresh new file.
