I don't believe he's converted over to the new site yet Pete,
If you click home it still takes you to the progress update page.
Anyway if you're already logged in you can still chat it seems!

This is like the long version of Vanilla Fudge's "You keep me hanging on".

Great to see that Brad has, for real this time, got the website up and running again!
Can't wait to get back in the swing of it, so to speak.

Hello Brad, I have a shed load of old vintage valves, test equipment including a valve tester and radios and various parts etc. These include over 200 different types of valves from early sets with multiple numbers of some of them. also a number of radios without cabinets. I have reached a stage where I don't think I will ever use them. Would the club be interested in having them? All I would like in exchange is for a particular set to be restored for me, without the cabinet I can still do that bit myself. I can send photos if required and a more detailed inventory can be supplied if any interest is shown. My location is Mornington Peninsula Victoria
Regards Stan

G'day Stan,

The HRSA may be interested in your valves. I don't do restorations for others and haven't done one for myself in a long time as time is a precious resource for me at the moment but I know other members here will do restorations if you send them the chassis and the loudspeaker.

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...
