Interesting find in this article how staring at a Red LED has improved eyesight.

Maybe there's hope for me yet!
Off to Jaycar for some red LED's Smile
Last time I saw my optometrist he said I had the beginnings of cataracts but in some way this is a good thing cause eventually you'll need a new lens surgically implanted in each eye which means you can lose the glasses.
I didn't need glasses till I turned 45.
I used to only need them for reading but now they are a permanent feature (and I hate them).

Yes , its very interesting what they have found. My eyes are mostly very good until I go near a computer and if I do I notice my eyes go down Hill fast and before to long I need Glasses to read, If don't go near computers than my eyes seem to be fine and I can read books and the paper without Glasses.
My dear old Mum had to wear Glasses and it drove nuts , She was always looking for the answer to improve her eyesight in the form of Diet etc etc . In the End Mum also got Cataracts but they were removed without an issue,,It was not a problem for her .

Pete
