As has been said, the lowlife scumbags get busy during times like these:

QUOTE: Tim Josef from Melbourne's south-east is pressed for time and with twins on the way, going to the shops during the coronavirus pandemic is not an option, so he has been ordering products online.

While he was expecting to receive texts from Australia Post, he became suspicious when one message asked for money to complete a shipping payment.

Those arseholes are around all of the time & the attempts at ctching them world wide are pathitic.

I have had two fake Telstra bills not withstanding Testra customer service can qualify for fake as my mobile has been hopeless from the time it appeared. I get bills snail mail, just because of this scum: If it comes online its a dud.

I can well imagine how long my list of blocked senders is.

I've emailed this article to the guys who operate factory units where my workshop is located. Many of then get such deliveries and, as they are generally one man operations, they tend to click OK on such things because their minds are on other matters. A few years back, courtesy of a fake AustPost email, one of them ended up importing a cryptocurrency virus that demanded bitcoin payment to unlock his office PC. As he was locked out of all of his business records and CNC files, he was in dire straits.

" I get bills snail mail, just because of this scum: If it comes online its a dud."

Used to get snail mail bills but changed to avoid stolen/lost mail issues and identity theft risks.
But I have to watch out for false bills especially gas and electricity, so go online and check my account now. So thinking of going back to snail mail.

I switched everything to email, because the majority of my snail mail just doesn't arrive. One thing that doesn't work on email is the Open Road magazine; after 3 years of receiving nothing (despite all the promises given over the phone), I switched it back to snail mail.
