I have just finished restoring an Astor model JJ. (just had to get one of these).
An aluminium chassis, with earth points all hard wired to a common point.
Anyway, question is does anyone know what sort of back these had.
As of course it’s missing and there are back locations.
Bakelite?, cardboard?, plywood.
Has anyone got a pix of the back, so as perhaps I could manufacture something similar.
JJ
