URL activation not working?

I note that two of the URLs that I have posted recently have not been "activated" -- that is made clickable. Is that task running? |

From what I've seen the function is working. Sometimes it misses but that's not often. If I bump into any links that are not converted I change them into links manually. A miss can occur if the URL isn't in a recognised format.
