 Healing Golden voice info

I have a healing golden voice, found a piece of paper in it with model 5265 on it. Am trying to find info..age, circuit diagram (to fix it), etc.

Not familiar with that number.
Please list valves, that will be a clue.
ARTS&P label will also be a clue, check HRSA site I think they have a list and that radio may also be mentioned on the site?

The actual number may also be stamped into the chassis.
