I love old TV's and Radios & I have many 50s TVs and lots of radios. My back ground was not in Electronics it was in Building and Restoring Sports cars and then I went into Furniture Restoration and Veneer finishes so Electronics is a bit of a battle for me to follow and keep up with you guys as many of you have lots of experience. But my love for old TVs and Radios keeps me here reading all the old forums and trying to learn more as I go along, I'm way out of my depth but most of the time I can get the old TV or radio going again. But to be honest its more my luck than my electronic skills he he he, But I have learnt a lot here and when I have asked a question somebody always replies with information that takes me to the next step of my project. Thank you, There really is some very good people here, That are so helpful and very knowledgeable and are willing to share it with others.

Thanks Pete.

G'day Pete,

There is no doubt at all that the success of this site is mostly due to the input of the regulars here. Without any thought of reward they spend countless hours each year answering questions, linking to relevant material on other sites and donating material for publication, whether it be circuit diagrams or photos.

Yes Pete and Brad, I very much agree and am very grateful for the help I have had from the regulars on this site, since I have found this site, I look forward daily, to reading any new posts, finding out what challenges others, like yourself are tackling, and what awesome old radio's are being restored, it's a healthy addiction! A great source of information and even entertainment, in a sense, being a fellow enthusiast and admirer of valve technology, there's lots to admire and enjoy! Cheers.
