I saw this on a building site.

Has anyone seen dead electricity?

It is a bad choice of words. Danger signs usually state 'live terminals' and the voltage that can be confronted, usually 415 volts or 11,000 volts, depending on whether you are in a switchroom or substation.

What's the bet these have been produced in a non-English speaking country, as the grammar is incorrect, but also I believe there is only one 'L' in personnel.
