 Fixing a friends grandmothers radio need help identifying it

Thanks MARCC for the photo.

I can print yellow so I'll use the picture you sent to experiment.

I don't care that it says Phillips as it's an identical radio in all other respects.

I've ordered some decal A4 sheets to try.
