There are self adhesive polypropylene protectors, $85/100

With the Donkey tracks around here that are trying to be past of as roads, when they are actually a long course for "Pot hole Golf".

That causes CD arms and any moving parts to be continuously jolted, often damaging disks, This can also cause issues with cassette players, the old CD changers, tyres rims and in the 55 years I have been legally driving, over $10K in today's money, repairing suspensions.
