 Information wanted on an Electro-Voice wooden mantle

This could be different to the saga with Astor and Walt Disney. The US company may well have come after these radios were made and in the case of Walt Disney, they had an Australian presence, whereas US Electro-Sound most likely didn't as we had our own PA amplifier manufacturers at the time.

Sometimes, there's no stopping a character like Mickey Mouse.

UPDATE: Something just caught my eye on Carl's radio, with respect to Photo 4. Even though the radio is obviously made here, the tuning slug assembly has "USA" stamped on it.
