If you have lost your password and have forgotten the necessary user details in order to use the password retrieval service, this is not a valid reason to sign up for a second account. Please contact the Administrator and advise that other account information has been forgotten and assistance will be provided in due course. Please also remember that it is the responsibility of members (and also a condition of membership!) to keep their contact information up to date.
If you shift ISP and get a new e-mail address then you must update that here too. We have never spammed members and, apart from less than ten occasions in the whole time this site has operated, we've never even sent out an unsolicited e-mail that is within our rights to send, so you have nothing to worry about with regard to privacy or advertising.
With regard to account security, this is the sole responsibility of the member. Vintage Radio can do only so much with regard to the security of accounts. Many passwords here and on thousands of websites around the world are not secure enough and many are also in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Your password is required to be at least seven characters long, contain at least one numeral, at least one upper case letter and at least one lower case letter. Proper nouns are prohibited for security reasons. This policy is not currently enforced but Vintage Radio reserves the right to enforce it at any time without warning. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
If you need to change any account details, please go straight to your Control Panel on the Forums. If you need to retrieve a forgotten password, please visit the Password Retrieval Service.
