Hi all,
My name is Lindsay...was a PMG/Telecom/Telstra tech starting in 1956 . the Perth Lord St Training School. Departed Telstra in1996 as digital switching over ran the crossbar gear & with a passion for movies setup my own outdoor cinema in the Perth Hills in 1997.
Now retired from that after almost 20 years running it & now just enjoy tinkering with any electronic stuff that is like me "ancient" & stumbled upon this site hunting for info re a radio that a mate wanted fixed & knowing my past history with valve gear dumped it on my bench.
(For a long while I ran the cinema audio with a pair 40W valve amps with KT66 outputs plus another pair with EL35 outputs but a digital conversion saw them discarded. Thus many valve bits of gear come my way to fix)
His radio is a HMV 661 which I am tussling with & have posted re that unit in the Tech Talk forum.

The circuit appears in AORSM's but I will probably still have a scan. Refer to your other post.
