Hi,
I am in the process of restoring an AWA 55C console radio and was wondering if anyone had a schematic?
Thanks,
Gary

Gary,
Can't find a listing for that model but I'm sure that there will be an almost direct equivalent. Could you send the valve line up as I am still checking.

Kind Regards

Rudy

Would the C55 listed here be the one in question?

So it looks like I'll have to trace the circuit from chassis?
Oh well, hopefully it will be of use to someone when I finish.

Unfortunately circuit diagrams are not a very common item. One thing I've always wanted to have here is a free library of just about every circuit diagram ever printed for Australian radios but I've never been able to find a resource.

Well you will have one for the 55C soon.

After further investigation the radio was found to be a AWA 55E, chassis C89.
I'll ask Brad to upload the schematic.

Uploaded.

I recently had the privilege of buying an AWA 55E off a fellow member here. Consoles of this calibre are about as good as collecting gets.
