Hi, this is a very long shot, but maybe your RF generator is similar to the Eico 324. Diagram can be found at http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/eico/324/
and you could try hunting around the main page of the BAMA manual web site
http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/

I'm guessing that the University Graham used a circuit similar to a generator made by one of the manufacturers listed at the BAMA site. Good luck hunting, and I think this site will limit bandwidth after a while.

I'm sure you tried google, I didn't find anything meaningful for a University Graham RF signal generator either.

If you want to try to restore it, replacing wax and electroytic caps and cleaning switches might be all you need to get it to work. Replace each cap one at a time, so you don't forget where it connects to.
