I have two STC console radios which I would like to identify, would anyone have any idea how to do this? Photos are below.

The best way is to provide some photos. If you e-mail them to Bradmail.vintage-radio.com.au I'll include them in your post.

Hi Nzbhoy,
That STC likes almost like the one that I've got. Mine is an STC 54 and I posted the circuit about 12 months ago on this forum. What is the valve line up ? I'll see if I can relocate the cricuit for you.
regards
Rudy

Stc console 6 valve made september 1934 the other radio is STC case but the chassis is of another make with emmco waldemere knobs used this is not stc chassis - the Kriesler is of the pre code colonial series of march to november of 1933
the Kriesler is extreamly rare - steve radio history !

If there are numbers stamped on the back of the chassis that may be a clue for the unknown, some components esp. spkr transformers & tuning gangs can have dates on them
Agree with listing valves ...STC often had there own brand on speakers
