Good news, 2 new resistors and a new dial cord ,and my radio works wonderfully well.

Now to source and replace the cabinet, damaged speaker fabric (large piece) without affecting the original sound.

Lots of fun.

Hi everyone.

Just an update on my Emerson valve radio, cabinet restored and a valve replaced (Russia " Sovtek " 5Y3GT) and connected to a large attic antenna and it works wonderfully well.

Very impressed with sound quality and used every day.
