I have made the extreme effort and managed to get the following information.

The pictures have been sent to the administrator for inclusion. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a circuit description nor a training manual.

Thanks for scan, a very curious set!
Seeing is believing, a second reference oscillator at 4.44 MHz. What are they up to?
And preset Hue controls for R-Y and B-Y, don't like that. What would the PAL developers in Hanover think of this?

Don't see how this could improve decoding. The only real improvements in PAL would be digital comb filters decades later.
